Carol Fowler Featured Speaker at Oct. 13 Anniversary Party
AWC Springfield is proud to announce that Carol Fowler, CEO and co-founder of KloboMedia Inc., Chicago, will be our speaker at the 40th anniversary event on Fri., Oct. 13. The date is a change from the original announcement to accommodate Fowler’s travel schedule. Make sure you update your calendar, and we’ll have more details soon!
Fowler is CEO and co-founder of KloboMedia Inc., Chicago, where she launched TheSocReports to provide analysis of companies’ or organizations’ social media footprint. This helps those entities improve or rectify their images.
She is an AWC-Springfield past president. When in Central Illinois, she was the statehouse bureau chief at WCIA-TV and the Illinois Radio Network, then went on to positions in Chicago, including vice-present/news director, at WFLD-TV (Fox), WBBM-TV (CBS), WLS-TV (ABC 7) and WGN-TV. She will tell us about her company, share some expertise on social media, and give us some tips on how to best use ours.
